Shelly began her real estate career as a realtor's assistant in her hometown of Eugene, OR where she became a a licensed broker in 2005. She attended Sarah Lawrence College and graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Oregon, with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology. She completed graduate work at Pacifica Graduate Institute, Santa Barbara, CA.
Shelly partners with her mother, Flora Rudolph, in both real estate (both are brokers with Meadows Group) and in their staging/design business Buns and Luc Design. Shelly has a keen eye for detail, balancing warmth and spaciousness to let the magic of a home come to life.
Personal interests and extensive involvement in the arts led Shelly to do focused studies in Feng Shui, poetry, graphic design and web design (recent projects include: shellyrudolph.com, midnight honey.com and buns&lucdesign.com).
She is a prolific creator of marketing graphics, drawings, cards, poetry and especially, music. Well known as a gifted musician, soul singer and writer, with two albums to her name: "In This World" and "Water in My Hand," Shelly has been a featured artist locally at the Portland Jazz Festival and the Portland Waterfront Blues Festival as well as internationally in Japan, Korea and The West Indies.
Her greatest creation of all arrived in November 2011: her shining son Hollis Rudolph Hayden!
